Celebrating in Pacific Grove
We recently had a wonderful opportunity to connect with local leadership and advocate for the individuals we serve. To honor the occasion, we celebrated Disabilities Awareness Month with Mayor Smith and the Pacific Grove City Council! It is always a joy to see our local representatives actively supporting our mission.
Receiving the Proclamation
The event highlighted the strong ties between our programs and the surrounding community. During the gathering, our Executive Director, Mike Gonzalez, and longtime PG resident Whitney Clark received a ceremonial proclamation. We are so proud to have Whitney and Mike representing us and sharing this special moment with the city.
A Commitment to Inclusion
Recognitions like this are about much more than just a certificate. This is a time for visibility, understanding, and continued commitment to inclusion. We are grateful to the City of Pacific Grove for standing with us and helping to ensure our community remains a welcoming and supportive place for everyone.
